How long does delivery take?

We pack and send your order within 2 business days of purchase. From there, delivery times depend on Australia Post – typically 3-7 business days for metro areas, and a bit longer for regional destinations. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow along.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at the moment – we're currently only shipping within Australia. But if you're overseas and interested in something specific, feel free to reach out via our Contact page. We're always open to exploring options for international customers.

How much does shipping cost? Is there free local delivery?

We offer free delivery within 5km of Camberwell, Victoria. For all other Australian addresses, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95.

Can I can cancel or change my order?

We move quickly to get orders out the door, so once something has been shipped, we can't make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it leaves our hands.

Can I return an order?

All sales are final, which reflects the limited and curated nature of our inventory. Because we source unique pieces rather than ordering bulk inventory, we can't offer the same return flexibility as mainstream stores. We describe and photograph everything as accurately as possible so you know exactly what you're getting. If something arrives damaged, please get in touch right away and we'll try to work it out.
